Steps to Claim a Replacement:

Document the Damage:

Make a video while opening the product box. This helps us verify that the damage occurred during transit.
Ensure the video clearly shows the condition of the package upon arrival and the damaged product inside.
Notify Us:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and the video you made while opening the package.
Review and Approval:

Our team will review your claim and the video evidence.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product.
Replacement Process:

Once your claim is approved, we will ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the replacement is on its way.
Please Note:

Claims made after 7 days of receiving the product may not be eligible for a replacement.
Incomplete documentation (e.g., missing video evidence) may result in the denial of your claim.
