Refund Policy for Damaged Products

If you are dissatisfied with the look, size, or design, please contact us by email at support@thedecorshed.com within 2 days of receipt of the order to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Steps for Return/Exchange:

  • Contact our support team at support@thedecorshed.com to raise a return or exchange request.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Notify us of any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt by sharing snapshots at support@thedecorshed.com.

Important:

  • A Box Opening Video is required to claim any refund or replacement.
  • For self-shipped returns, dispatch the items within 24 hours after raising the return request. Use a reliable courier service to ensure secure transit.

Refund Options:

  • Cash Refunds: Via bank transfer for COD orders.
  • Online Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
